MIT Department of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation (DAPER) is seeking a Part-time Assistant Swim Coach

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assistant coaching responsibilities include assisting the Acting Head Coach in management of all facets of the Swimming & Diving program to include but not limited to: administration, recruiting, daily workout planning and execution, team development and other associated duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1 to 3 years swim coaching experience preferably at the college/university, high school or club level. A Bachelor's degree is required: preferably in a related field. Ability to work with highly achieving student-athletes. Administrative, interpersonal/communication skills and computer skills are essential.
This position is not eligible for benefits.
